Dear World,

I hope times have changed and more people have jumped aboard the movement to restore this planet by now.  Generations before myself, the world was taken for granted. Corporations started seeing dollar signs, yet the health of our planet is not as visible as these dollars. It is important to remember that not everyone is going to agree with what you are doing, or believe that what you are doing is beneficial. However, leading by example is the absolute best way that we can restore this planet. Small steps that we individually take may not have a significant effect on the current state of the planet, but by showing others how you are benefiting from these simple steps will build a movement. Building the movement starts with ourselves. Continue to love the planet and treat it with the respect that it deserves, others will follow.

More Messages to the Future

Dear Sander,

I pray that you are having a happy life and that you have contributed each year of your life into helping to make our planet healthy, cleaner, thriving and greener- a better place for all people and animals to live.

Dear future love,

A culture of consumption is the reason that my world faces such an ecological crisis, it is both necessary and proper to address the fundamental mindsets that have created such a destructive culture.

Dear future Michelle,

As consumers, it is our duty to protest and force companies to be greener and avoid environmental damage, whether they are from the food industry or from any other production industry. It’s about time we start thinking greener.

Dear Future Generations,

I promise to make as many changes to my life as possible to make yours as great as mine.

Dear girls,

I love you and I care deeply about your future.

Dear Tomorrow,

I promise to use a reusable water bottle.

To my Beloved Future Children,

Be fearless – do not be afraid to talk to each other and do not be afraid to fail.

Dear friends,

We need to rethink our consumption habits in order to reduce the impacts on the environment.

Dear Tomorrow,

I will encourage composting at work.

Dear Annie and Eric,

I hope that this life of good things is not just yours to enjoy, but that you also have decided to fight for others to have this life, too.

Dear Tomorrow,

I am so sorry we didn’t realize this predicament sooner.

Dear 2050,

Our planet is crazy. I pledge to be an innovator to make sustainable living real.
